In terms of equipment, we are equipped with internationally leading high-precision CNC machining equipment, such as five-axis machining centers and high-speed milling machines. The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.001mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.0005mm, meeting the machining requirements of parts in stringent fields such as aerospace and medical devices.
The Inspection Equipment
Advanced inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines can ensure that the dimensions and geometric tolerances of the parts meet the standards with a measurement accuracy of ±0.002mm.
